Çanakkale Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCCI) held the first Level 5 exams of 2022 for estate agency consultants that were designed to test learners on their ability and enable them to acquire knowledge and skills to be able to perform their job effectively.
The assessments, held on 7-11 February, were organised in collaboration with TOBB MEYBEM (The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges Turkey – Vocational Qualification and Certifying Centre) at CCCI Congress and Fair Centre, where 35 candidates are underwent appropriate theoretical and practical tests on real estate sector.
Giving information on vocational qualification, CCCI Secretary General Sema Sandal expressed “Circumstances in the real estate industry are no longer what they used to be. In order to have the Certificate of Authorization issued by the Ministry of Commerce, it became legally mandatory to provide at the same time the 100-hour training certificate issued by the Public Education Centre or universities, Vocational Qualification Certificate and experience criteria. CCCI collects applications for assessments of vocational qualification in all national professional standards needed in our region. The main criterion here is to have a sufficient number of applications in order to hold exams. For the other assessments that cannot be held through our Chamber, the relevant Chamber personnel provide information about which provinces to take the exams.”
