The first meeting of Provincial Employment Board of 2022 was held on January 31 at the CCCI Congress and Fair Centre, hosted by CCCI and chaired by Çanakkale Governor İlhami Aktaş.
Giving information on the meeting, CCCI Chairman Selçuk Semizoğlu stated; “We discussed in detail with our institution directors the issues such as supporting vocational education in our province, providing training in digital transformation activities and acceleration on a company scale. Employers look for employees, while unemployed citizens look for jobs. It is necessary to correctly determine the reasons why the employer and the employee cannot meet.”
At the meeting, İŞKUR Director Mehmet Uğur Yavuz presented the 2021 Labour Market Research Report to the board. Education activities for 2022 and the 2021 annual report were also discussed and approved. GMKA Canakkale Coordinator Recai Başaran gave a presentation on e-commerce training and information activities. Derya Göğüsgeren, the representative of the CCCI exporter member company Göğüsgeren, who is active in children's costume, also informed the attendees about the company's export, employment, e-commerce and production activities.
